There's a festival in a mr. Pulaski's name where for 3 days (fri,sat,sun) all the Polish halls in town, of which there are quite a few, are open to the public. I had some delicious food at one for lunch today!

I had all of that, I had their combo plate, it was delicious!

General Pulaski was the father of the US Cavalry, a General second to none, and a man known throughout Europe for his bravery and perservance in defending freedom.

A pulaski is also a firefighting tool named after Ed Pulaski who was a hero firefighter.
